We offer free estimates for all of our services. Quote submissions made through our website are requests for information only and do not constitute a binding contract, agreement, or commitment to perform services. Estimates are intended to give you a general idea of project costs.
Final pricing is agreed upon in a separate service agreement before work begins and may vary based on the actual scope, conditions, and materials required for the project. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

Text messaging. If you provide a mobile number and choose text as your contact method, you consent to receive text messages from Lucky Landscapes LLC about your quote and project. These messages are sent personally by a member of our team, not by an automated dialing system. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or by calling or texting us at (402) 405-5475; reply HELP or contact us for help. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.
When you upload photos through our quote form, you grant Lucky Landscapes a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use those photos solely for the purpose of:
We will not use your uploaded property photos for marketing, advertising, social media, or any public-facing purpose without your separate, explicit written consent.
Photos of completed Lucky Landscapes projects (taken by our team) remain the intellectual property of Lucky Landscapes and may be used in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials.
A deposit is required upfront before work begins on your project. The specific deposit amount will be communicated and agreed upon before the start of the project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work.
Payment terms are outlined in the individual service agreement provided for each project. Lucky Landscapes reserves the right to pause or discontinue work if payment terms are not met.
Lucky Landscapes primarily serves Lincoln, Nebraska and surrounding areas. Availability for projects outside of this area may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your project location.
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any significant changes to your project timeline as soon as possible.
We stand behind our workmanship with a one-year workmanship warranty. For one (1) year from the date your project is completed, we will correct defects in our workmanship (our labor and installation) at no charge to you. To make a claim, contact us within the warranty period and we will work with you in good faith to make it right.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, alteration or repair by others, normal wear, ground settling, or weather and other events beyond our reasonable control, nor the natural growth, decline, or seasonal dormancy of plants and other living materials. Any warranty on plants, sod, or supplied materials — and any other project-specific terms — is set out in your signed service agreement, which controls if it differs from this summary. The "Four-Leaf Guarantee" described elsewhere on our website is a statement of our service commitment and does not replace this warranty or your signed agreement.
Lucky Landscapes shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other buried infrastructure that was not disclosed or marked prior to the start of work.

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to services provided by Lucky Landscapes LLC, are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the exclusive venue for any such dispute is the state or federal courts located in Lancaster County, Nebraska, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any signed service agreement between you and Lucky Landscapes LLC, are the entire agreement between us regarding their subject matter and supersede any prior representations or understandings. Where these Terms and a signed service agreement conflict regarding a specific project, the signed service agreement controls.
Lucky Landscapes is not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including weather, labor or material shortages, supply-chain disruption, utility or equipment failure, or acts of God.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to a successor or affiliate, including in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
