How We Use Your Information

The information you submit through our forms is used solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry or quote request
• Prepare an accurate estimate for your landscaping project
• Follow up about your project via your preferred contact method
• Communicate with you about our services and scheduling

How Your Information Is Stored

When you submit a quote request or contact form, your information is processed as follows:

• Form data (name, email, phone, property address, and project details) is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our internal business application and stored in our cloud database, hosted by Supabase (which runs on Amazon Web Services). It is accessible only to Lucky Landscapes team members.
• Photos — If you upload photos through our quote form, they are stored in our private Supabase cloud storage and used solely to assess your project and prepare an accurate quote.
• Email notification — A summary of your submission is emailed to our team (via Resend, our transactional email provider) at rileykopf@luckylandscapes.com so we can review and respond promptly.

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and our business application on Vercel. We may also retain a backup copy of form submissions via Google Workspace. Each of these providers processes data under its own security and privacy practices.

Data Retention

We retain your quote submission data and uploaded photos for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us. This allows us to reference your project details if you return for additional services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Cookies, Analytics & Session Recording

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, and we use third-party analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Specifically:

• Google Analytics 4 — measures aggregate traffic and how pages are used. It sets cookies (such as _ga and _gid) and shares data with Google. We have enabled IP anonymization. You can opt out using Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or see Google's Privacy Policy.
• Microsoft Clarity — a product-analytics and session-recording tool that captures how visitors interact with pages (mouse movement, scrolling, clicks, and on-page content) to build heatmaps and session replays. It sets cookies (such as _clck and _clsk) and shares data with Microsoft. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — a privacy-friendly anti-bot check on our quote and contact forms, provided by Cloudflare. It may set a temporary token or cookie to confirm you are not a bot.
• Geoapify — powers address auto-complete in our quote form; the address text you type is sent to Geoapify to return suggestions.

Google and Microsoft may use the information collected through these tools to recognize activity across websites over time. We do not use this information to sell your data.

Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control. We honor recognized opt-out browser signals (such as Global Privacy Control) as a request to opt out of non-essential analytics where it is technically feasible to do so.

Service Providers We Use

We share your information only with the service providers that help us operate our business, and only as needed to do so:

• Supabase — cloud database and photo storage (hosted on Amazon Web Services)
• Vercel — hosting for our internal business application
• Cloudflare — website hosting/CDN (Cloudflare Pages) and bot protection (Turnstile)
• Resend — transactional email delivery to our team
• Google (Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity) — website analytics
• Geoapify — address auto-complete on our quote form
• Stripe — if you become a customer and choose to pay online, card and bank payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number
• Google Workspace — business email and, in some cases, a backup copy of form submissions

We maintain business profiles on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. These platforms may collect their own data about users who visit our profiles — please refer to each platform's privacy policy for details.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your information is shared only with the service providers listed above, and only so they can perform services on our behalf.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information you provide, including using secure HTTPS connections for all form submissions. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly remove it.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete personal data we hold about you;
• Obtain a portable copy of the data you provided to us; and
• Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling. We do not sell your data, and you can opt out of our analytics as described above.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within 30 days. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; we will review the appeal and explain the outcome within a reasonable time.

California residents: We do not meet the thresholds that make a business subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), but we will still honor the rights listed above on request as a courtesy. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
